For those with a head for heights experience the Aberystwyth’s Cliff Railway with its 787ft long track, the longest in Great Britain, the journey will take you from the Cliff Terrance to the top of the hill, some staggering 450ft, at the top you will have the delight of experiencing breathtaking panoramic view, not one the faint hearted.
The National Botanic Gardens at Llanarthne in Carmathenshire is a must for all garden lovers; it has a spectacular Great Glasshouse which is one of the largest single span greenhouses in the world. You will see exotic plants from mediterranean countries, ravine, rock faces and waterfalls.
